When Funk The War had a Dance party in the street against the war the police didn't like it. They peppersprayed the crowd numerous times. I get sprayed around 15 minutes into the video. Filmed on March 19 2008. I filed a lawsuit in Portland for being peppersprayed and settled out of court for over one grand. The purpose of my suit was to enforce the pepperspray laws and to send a message that spraying innocent people will not be accepted. I received my final court papers and their payment in July 2010
